Researcher Slams Higher Ed's 'Abstinence-Only' Approach to AI Education

RexDouglass argues that much of higher education handles new AI technology like "abstinence-only high schools": infantilizing and demonizing it while failing to prepare students for changes that are already here, not just coming. He calls on individuals to proactively prepare students themselves and is collecting examples of educators and institutions doing this well.
