User uses ChatGPT to recreate his HPPD hallucinations in near-real time

A Reddit user with HPPD (Hallucinogen Persisting Perception Disorder) sent ChatGPT a photo of his view plus descriptions of his visuals — enhanced colors, wavy textures, noise, and translucent geometric floaters — then iterated on size, shape, transparency and phone distortion until the output matched his perception freakishly closely, even recursively updating the phone screen inside the image.
