A Reddit user found a reliably reproducible Google AI Overview hallucination: typing a dash followed by any 4-digit number (e.g. -3792, -8393) always triggers the exact same response, claiming the user typed "d: 880 times, e: 206 times, z: 200 times" and opening with "nuts? 🥜". Every digit combination produces the identical output, indicating a stable mode-collapse-style failure rather than a random error.
