Stack Overflow brings back Developer Story, the CV feature it killed five years ago

- Stack Overflow is relaunching Developer Story, a supercharged developer CV it deprecated about five years ago.
- CEO Prashanth Chandrasekar is candid on timing: chatbots answer coding questions now, and most LLMs trained on Stack's datasets, so creators deserve to derive value from their work.
- Day-one feature: "specialties" that surface proven areas of expertise, with user control over highlighting.
- The move marks Stack's effort to bring the individual developer back as its business pivots toward enterprise knowledge layers, data licensing, and ads.
