NVIDIA Open-Sources BioNeMo Inference Runtime to GPU-Accelerate Protein Models
AllThingsApx · x · 2026-09-12
NVIDIA launched the open beta of BioNeMo Inference Runtime, an open-source library purpose-built to accelerate molecular inference and protein structure prediction on GPUs. It dramatically speeds up models like Boltz-2, OpenFold2, and Protenix v2, leveraging CUDA Graphs for physics performance and Ray for distributed scaling, with partners including SandboxAQ, the Institute for Protein Design, and Xaira Therapeutics.
