Benchmarker PawelHuryn clarifies that DeepSeek has no official coding harness — 'Deep Code' is an unrelated open-source project. The deepcode-cli repo is a terminal AI coding assistant optimized for deepseek-v4, supporting thinking toggle, reasoning effort control, Agent Skills and MCP, with 2.2k GitHub stars. Install via npm install -g @vegamo/deepcode-cli and configure model/BASEURL/API key in /.deepcode/settings., shared with the companion VSCode plugin. He is also re-running benchmarks on Kimi K3 (CLI & API max) and GLM (API max).
