Developer Jarrod Watts shared a disappointed hands-on take on the latest model: Astra "just feels like Sol 5.7 on a good day" — it doesn't infer user intent, defaults to over-engineering, and doesn't think bigger picture.
He adds that Pro is significantly worse than 5.6, gives up incredibly fast, and is unusable for any security work even with Daybreak access. Overall verdict: disappointing.
