Hugging Face co-founder Thom Wolf announced two updates:
- An FT op-ed on the OpenAI/HF incident and its follow-ups
- A new Open Alignment team at Hugging Face working on safety and alignment for open models, including cybersecurity
He calls for "100x more transparency and research" in this space.
