Enigma Networks CTO Mark Viglione argues the first billion-dollar AI-agent breach may not look like a cyberattack at all — just software working as designed, with valid credentials and approved APIs. He proposes adding intent checks on top of identity: identity shows who, intent asks whether the access was necessary.
