NVIDIA BioNeMo Inference Runtime enters public beta, speeding biomolecular structure prediction
AllThingsApx · x · 2026-09-11
NVIDIA has opened the public beta of BioNeMo Inference Runtime, an open, PyTorch-native library that accelerates biomolecular inference on NVIDIA GPUs.
- Optimizes structure-prediction models like Boltz-2, OpenFold2, and Protenix v2 with specialized kernels and CUDA Graphs, without model conversion
- Scales throughput via Ray-powered GPU replicas
- Partners include apheris, SandboxAQ, Xaira Therapeutics, and the UW Institute for Protein Design
A direct inference-efficiency upgrade for proteome-scale structure prediction and drug discovery workflows.
