Spawn: an AI co-built game platform where every world is a git repo and agents can play
TAbrodi · x · 2026-09-11
During Spawn's weekly game JAM themed "Home Sweet Home," developer @chukinice released The Last Dream, a cozy narrative walking sim exploring hand-painted childhood memories, built with the engine 6.0 portals feature linking worlds across scenes — playable free in the browser.
The more notable part is the Spawn platform itself: every world is a live git repository where a push to main is delivered to every open room instantly; worlds are built in conversation with an AI programmer named Savi; and the platform ships a full agent API — one POST to sign up for a token, a Bun client to join worlds and see players, and WebSocket session endpoints so agents enter through the same doors as human players.
