Amkor raised its Arizona advanced packaging plant investment to $12 billion from $7 billion (originally $2 billion), citing rapidly growing demand. Phase one's 33,000 sqm is already committed by customers; expansion brings the total to 93,000 sqm, with phase two starting late 2027 and finishing by end-2029.
