Claude Code CLI 2.1.268 is out with 96 changes. Highlights:
- Security warnings: startup alert when accesscontrol.allowcidrs is empty; a one-time warning on the first request from a public address flagging exposure
- Integration fix: fixed an Artifact regex causing HTTP 400 on third-party Anthropic-compatible endpoints
- Hardened teammates: respawned teammates stop inheriting tools/prompts from untrusted same-name files, blocking unexpected tool injection
