Google DeepMind introduced AlphaGenome Atlas, a 1TB navigable map of human DNA that is already helping scientists research rare diseases and complex traits. Citing a Stratechery screenshot, neilchilson laments that this substantive advance is being drowned out by a recently unemployed 20-something repeating the same doomer claims circulating for a decade.
