App Store Connect CLI 5.2.0 adds API-based country availability and rating resets

App Store Connect CLI (asc) 5.2.0 is out:
- New apps can now set launch countries/regions via the public API (--available for selected territories).
- Schedule or cancel rating resets through an authenticated Apple web session, requiring --confirm.
- 5.1.0 added --session-from-env for CI reads, secure staging of P8 key files, and review-history fixes.
