Gauntlet AI is a 10-week full-time program for experienced engineers building with AI: 3 weeks remote followed by 7 weeks in Austin, with weekly shipping deadlines and a focus on production-grade AI systems rather than prototyping.
The program is free for candidates — travel, housing, food, compute and frontier model access are funded by hiring partners, who recruit by watching participants build in real time. Applications are now open.
