Dev Reports DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash Breaks 100-Step Clinical Agent Workflow Old Version Ran Fine

Developer Maziyar Panahi reports that DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash on OpenRouter breaks his 100+ step clinical agent workflow, while the older V4-Flash-0731 completes it. Expecting an upgrade, he instead sees more mistakes and questions whether the model, the provider, or the serving setup is at fault. He had recently planned to pay DeepSeek directly for the first time.
