Clanker Cloud user ran an agent for hours to finish a Master's thesis, forcing backend and memory rewrites

A Clanker Cloud user used the product to research and complete his Master's thesis, pushing several rounds of product changes:
- He loaded hundreds of files (PDFs, epubs, docs) — nearly a thousand in total — forcing the team to rework the backend and memory system
- He then did research over those files plus ordinary web search, which required better querying and file usage
- He asked for bookmarks, so a bookmarks tab and UX were added for tagging, reusing and analyzing them in sessions
- He discovered he could build agents, so he made a dedicated agent for each of his workflows and analyses
The repost jokes that someone let an agent run for hours, generating hundreds of files.
