A long-time Suno user testing Suno 6 dug into the terms of service and flagged several red flags: paid exports work like a "rationed, watermarked exit license," with caveats that copyright may not attach and other rightsholders may still claim royalties on distribution; Suno can keep using your submissions and outputs to train or improve models even after you cancel; and the platform retains a permanent, transferable use-right in your uploaded and generated content.
His sarcastic verdict: "make your hit song and let's see what happens." He still credits Suno's tools as exceptional but criticizes workflow obstacles — unresponsive design and extra clicks — to the point of needing a Chrome extension to make it usable.
