DeepSeek v4.1-flash reportedly much better at subagent orchestration

User adonissingh reports that deepeak-v4.1-flash (apparently DeepSeek v4.1-flash) is finally quite good at using subagents. Orchestration has been a weak point of Chinese models, and this release seems to have fixed much of it.
