Kernel and Link let browser agents pay online without ever touching card data
jeff_weinstein · x · 2026-09-10
Kernel has partnered with Link to give browser agents a programmatic environment for making payments online. The key design: agents only see a card alias at checkout; Kernel swaps in the real card credential when the request egresses the sandbox, so card numbers never touch the agent's runtime or context — reducing payment-credential exposure risk.
