Nebius has launched its AI Builder Program: free, with $400+ in credits and discounts, working code and cookbooks, office hours with engineers, and a community. The framing: AI isn't just a model you call anymore—it's a system you build, assembled from the open ecosystem. NVIDIA, LangChain, Hugging Face, Cognition, OpenHands, Tavily, MiniMax, Alibaba Qwen and more have joined.
