Bending Spoons agrees to acquire Miro for $1.355 billion

Italian tech holding company Bending Spoons announced in its investor newsroom that it is acquiring online whiteboard company Miro for approximately $1.355 billion. Miro was a star of the pandemic-era remote collaboration boom and was once valued far above this price. The deal adds to Bending Spoons' growing portfolio, which already includes Evernote and Meetup.
