mlx-omarchy 0.4.0: run MLX on the Apple GPU under Linux, no Metal needed

mlx-omarchy v0.4.0 brings Apple's MLX framework to Linux on Apple Silicon. Built on Mesa's Honeykrisp driver, which provides a conformant Vulkan 1.4 stack for Apple GPUs, it implements the MLX GPU backend — code still says import mlx.core as mx and mx.gpu, running on the Apple GPU under Linux with no Metal and no CPU fallback, enabling local LLMs. Still early software: check the compatibility table and defect ledger before depending on it.
