Meta's Muse agent shops, emails, and negotiates via WhatsApp with Stripe payments
The Decoder · rss · 2026-09-10
Meta unveiled Muse, an AI agent that books travel, makes purchases, writes emails, and negotiates prices directly inside WhatsApp, with payments running through Stripe's Link. This puts Meta ahead of OpenAI, which discontinued direct checkout in ChatGPT. A separate security agent, Sentinel, reviews every action before it reaches the internet.
