Michael Levin publishes peer-reviewed revision of his controversial Platonic Space paper

Biologist Michael Levin has released the official peer-reviewed revision of his "Platonic Space" paper, which he says has drawn more pushback than any position he has taken — from serious criticism to pleas to drop the topic entirely.
Quantum consciousness researcher Stuart Hameroff responded by connecting it to Roger Penrose's view that quantum gravity affects objective reduction of the wavefunction and the origin of consciousness. Hameroff argues spacetime geometry at the Planck scale is the "Platonic space," and that microtubule quantum oscillations link conscious life to this realm, citing their 1996 paper in the Journal of Consciousness Studies.
