Dev's real-time fluid sim handles 1M particles, gravity inversion and attractor objects

Developer Michael Moroz continues to share updates on his real-time fluid particle simulation: the world now has a 1M-particle limit, enough to fill a decently large space. The project also supports "manipulator" objects like an attractor sphere that can gather fluid into globes; setting gravity low sends fluid flying everywhere, and inverting gravity without bounds is equally wild. He is also improving the isosurface ray tracer with more PBR-based shading and basic screen-space effects — currently working only in bounded simulation mode, with hash-sparse boundless support as an open question for performance.
