Why letting Anthropic own the agent layer could hollow out CRM vendors
matt_slotnick · x · 2026-09-10
mattslotnick argues CRM vendors integrating Anthropic models are ceding the agent layer—where most new value sits—and handing workflow telemetry to their largest wallet-share competitor.
