uv Now Ships Code-Signed Binaries for macOS and Windows, Including PyPI Wheels

Astral's Charlie Marsh announced that uv now ships code-signed binaries for both macOS and Windows, covering standalone installers and the wheels published to PyPI. macOS executables are signed with an Apple Developer ID certificate and notarized; Windows executables carry timestamped Authenticode signatures from Azure Artifact Signing.
