Full changelog for Claude Code 2.1.267: maxEffortLevel (top-level or per model) caps effort on all providers including Bedrock, Vertex and Foundry; --system-prompt-snapshot off re-renders the system prompt each request for prompt iteration. Fixes include Cowork cloud scheduled tasks failing under sandboxing requirements, blank /context output on mobile, broken shift+enter and option+backspace after reconnecting to tmux/ssh in agent view, and a missing dim header when scrolling up in fullscreen.
