If SORs don't adapt to agents, a new platform layer will be built on top of them

Continuing his thesis on agents vs. systems of record: if SORs don't provide the platform requirements agents need, the agent layer above will define them, spawning an entirely new platform player mediating between agents and existing systems — just as agents spawned new data stores like turbopuffer. SORs haven't evolved for agent-native usage patterns yet.
