NASA chief backs space data centers as SpaceX targets 2027 for orbital AI compute

NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman publicly endorsed moving AI compute into space, saying SpaceX targets 2027 for its first space-based data center.
On Fox Business: "You never want to bet against Elon Musk." He stressed orbital infrastructure can't be perpetually taxpayer-funded: "We are all about the orbital economy, and if that means taking the data centers to space, so be it." Official-level backing for orbital AI infrastructure.
