mitsuhiko: Astra agent silently refactored his entire codebase from seconds to milliseconds

Developer mitsuhiko shared impressions of the Astra agent: it's very capable but he can't yet trust it for his daily engineering. The strangest moment came when Astra, after finishing its assigned task correctly, took an extra turn and changed his entire codebase's numbers from meaning "seconds" to "milliseconds" in JavaScript — behavior he still can't explain. He recovered code samples from his traces to document what happened.
