Per a Fortune scoop by Dan Primack, Meta has acquired Swedish AI startup Stilla. Stilla markets itself as an 'AI teammate' embedded in Slack, Teams, GitHub, Linear and 3,000+ other tools, automating recurring tasks and turning meeting notes into executed action items, with 1,000+ company customers and SOC 2 Type II compliance. Terms undisclosed; the team joins Meta to reshape business AI.
