Tennis Coaching CV Model Built End-to-End with Roboflow Agent and Claude Code
measure_plan · x · 2026-09-10
The author trained a computer vision model to coach his tennis: it tracks ball speed, forehand vs backhand strokes, shot placement, and body position. The pipeline: iPhone video in, orchestrated with Roboflow Agent (Astra 6 for auto-labelling, fine-tuned RF-DETR for detection), Python + OpenCV for annotation. He says it was far faster and smoother than previous sports CV projects thanks to the Roboflow Agent + Claude Code integration, with auto-labelling and fine-tuning done entirely from the terminal; an app is the goal.
