Skild AI's S1 robot retries and re-aligns a wheel when deployment goes wrong

Answering whether their robot panics or retries when it drops something, Skild AI showed S1 self-correcting: the video prompt mentioned attaching the wheel once, but when it misaligned during deployment, S1 re-aligned it on its own. Researcher Deepak Pathak explains S1 understands the goal behind the prompt and improvises to get there, retrying instead of failing.
