Indie maker deehw says the first batch of Harness — a physical device for managing scattered coding agents (Claude Code on a home Mac, Codex on a workstation, agents across servers) — ships this Friday, a week earlier than the Sep 18 target; new orders ship Oct 18. Setup pairs each machine with a code, with end-to-end encryption and no SSH, open ports, or VPN needed.
