Recruiting platform Paraform introduced Paraform Agents, built on its Hiring Intelligence. Each open role gets a custom agent that learns what 'great' looks like from your own hiring decisions — who you interview, reject, advance, and hire — then searches Paraform's collective candidate network and surfaces strong matches. A recruiter who knows the candidate confirms interest, makes the intro, and stays involved throughout.
