Responding to the claim that agent swarms will cost $1.50 within a year and usher in an unprecedented Enlightenment, @abhishekn argues the frontier is becoming permanently inaccessible to the public — and if open models rely on distillation, the open ecosystem's ceiling is capped too. He thinks there's a good chance powerful internal models exist right now that the public will never see.
