Astra's experimental context management lets the agent leave itself notes across compaction events

- Astra ships an experimental context management/compaction feature that is off by default and must be enabled via a prompt typed into Codex.
- Once enabled, Astra can save notes across context windows and search messages and tool calls from earlier context windows, persisting context over compaction events.
- It's a global setting and may not work well with Luna/Terra/Sol sub-agents; daily Astra Pro users are advised to turn it on.
