Claude Code gains Qodo's Agentic Toolbox for independent agent-to-agent code review

techNmak shares that Claude Code can now bring in a second system to challenge the code it just wrote, via Qodo's Agentic Toolbox. As Qodo notes, coding agents already make implementation decisions, pick abstractions, and touch dependencies — then often review those same decisions themselves.
Key capabilities of the toolbox:
- Codebase QA: answers architectural questions, traces dependencies, and assesses change impact using repos, PR history, specs, and live Git state.
- Shift-left review: the full review engine runs on committed and uncommitted work, sharpened by the agent's session context, before a PR is opened.
- Rule enforcement: workspace rules load into the session before the agent writes, so standards land in the first draft.
The design philosophy is adversarial agent-to-agent review that shifts verification left, escalating only risks agents can't settle to humans.
