Designer hands client-brief discovery to an AI agent, saving ~2 hours per project

A designer shares how she rebuilt her intake workflow: instead of manually digging through a client brief, researching competitors, and deciding what makes it into wireframes, she now drops the brief into Slack and lets an AI agent (Viktor) handle the discovery.

The agent returns a deck breaking down the brief, competitor landscape, and what's actually useful for the next stage. She estimates this recovers about 2 hours per brief. Her role shifts to reviewing, cutting what doesn't fit, and approving what does — the agent owns research and comprehension, while the designer keeps judgment and curation before any design work starts in Figma.
