PolyAI launches Wren, an autonomous coding agent that improves your dialog agents daily

PolyAI introduced Wren, an agent built to continuously improve other agents. It autonomously reviews every conversation from enterprise dialog agents, spots bugs (like validation rules rejecting valid customers), drafts fixes, tests them, and ships changes once metrics actually improve. The post argues dashboards only measure pre-defined metrics and human review can't scale to millions of daily conversations. Wren already runs daily on PolyAI's enterprise deployments, alongside their new Dialog-RSN-1 dialog model.
