After OpenAI unveiled GPT-6 Astra, HyperFrames went viral by replicating its launch videos and hit #1 on GitHub trending.
Author liu8in explains HyperFrames is many tools in one, with heavy internal work at the harness layer: a motion graphics builder, video editing/clipping, faithful UI representation, raw asset generation (image/video/audio/SFX via HeyGen), plus linting, checking and rendering.
Their own launch video was made with Claude Code + Opus 4.8 and hit 3M views in 2 days.
