TokEMS: Open-source self-hosted conference platform with 140 iterations, from registration to check-in
vista8 · x · 2026-09-09
Developer Yao Jingang has open-sourced TokEMS, a self-hosted all-in-one conference operations platform built for the second GEO conference, refined through 140 recent iterations.
Features include a conference website, registration and payments, waitlist queues, an operations dashboard, template system, invoicing, on-site check-in, plus a CLI that syncs daily site data to Feishu. It supports private deployment and template reuse, and the author suggests taking it and having an AI Agent customize it for your own event.
