Anthropic Employee Says AI Could Kill All Humans With >10% Odds This Decade

An Anthropic employee (EvanHub) posted that people at AI labs sincerely believe AI could kill all humans, personally putting the odds above 10% within the next decade, and arguing that Anthropic has no plan to solve superintelligence alignment and isn't clearly on track. NYT's Kevin Roose added that among AI lab employees, a p(doom) of 10% is actually fairly optimistic.
