QACMAN turns any QR code into a playable Pac-Man maze that still scans

Indie dev ezshine built QACMAN, a creative product that turns any text or URL into a QR code that doubles as a playable Pac-Man level.
- How it works: it uses Level-H error correction (the highest QR recovery level), protecting structural patterns while carefully carving connected routes through tolerant modules—so the maze stays scannable.
- Gameplay: arrow keys/WASD/swipe controls, adjustable ghost count, plus an auto-play demo mode.
- Detail: the author obsesses over scannability—the preview link opens in WeChat and can even be long-pressed to decode the QR content. Ghosts are deliberately weaker (the player uses A pathfinding) because, at its core, this is a dynamic QR-code creative product, not a game.
