Hermes Desktop OAuth Refresh Bug Forces Reauth, User Urges Fix

User @branalytc reports that Hermes v0.21.1 cannot retain tinyfish MCP OAuth: login works, but refresh returns HTTP 400 and forces reauthentication. Upstream issue #62333 tracks the same refreshtoken bug. The user says this is the main reason they stopped using Hermes desktop and urges prioritization.
