OpenAI announced ChatGPT Images 2.5 with faster generation, sharper and more faithful images, consistent details across multi-turn edits, and comment-based local edits. Developer Anil-matcha immediately open-sourced a curated repo of prompt patterns and API notes tuned to 2.5's new capabilities (reference-photo fidelity, precision editing, multi-turn consistency, sketch input) across the Flare and Sunburst API variants, noting MuAPI will offer a hosted API without an OpenAI account.
