GitHub's HydraFusion in Copilot CLI Auto-Routes Tasks Across Draft-Critique-Revise

GitHub launched Project HydraFusion, a research preview in Copilot CLI. It isn't another entry in the model picker: you select it once, and it decides behind the scenes how to solve the task — a single pass, a cheap draft with a quality gate, or a full draft → critique → revise loop.
